At the upper level there is a dependence that it is not included in the weekly prices, completely independent, that during the rentals of the ground floor might be occupied by the owner. The dependence is composed by a living room with direct access to the panoramic terrace, a double bedroom with sea view, one bathroom and a kitchen.
Around the vacation rental house, the Mediterranean hug offers the Sardinian energy and its intensity. Villa Smilax has a large garden that gently slides down to the beach framed by a stone wall and colored by lots of Meditterranean and seasonal flowers.

The week between August 12th and 19th has to be sold with the previuos or the next. The tax has to be paid for reservations between June 15th and September 15th. Are exempt from the payment children up to 12 years old and adults over 65. The tax will not be applied from the 11th day for stays longer than 10 consecutive days without interruption in the Torre delle Stelle Holidy Houses.
