Delicious house realized in the respect of the architectonic outlines that characterize the historical center of Villanovaforru and the Campidno. The House constructed with local materials, which wood and stones is enclosed between walls, in the inner cort there is the swiming pool. the house is on two levels, at the ground floor a big livingroom with fire place, kitchen with every kind of comfort, a studio that faces the patio and a bathroom; at the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Villanovaforru is a coutnry in the middle of the hills of the Marmilla, faces the panorama on Cagliari and Oristano. Unknown since fwe years ago, today is an important touristic and cultural point thanks to the important archeological emergencies of the nuraghe of "Genna Maria" and to the Archaeological Civic Museum. The inhabited center of Villanovaforru has the typical topography of the 1600's, when it came founded under the Spanish, the structure of the houses has conserved the traditional features of the local architecture.
