Following the Sardinian jagged southeastern coast, which from Cagliari leads to the well- known tourist town of Villasimius - renamed the Polinesia of Mediterraneo - we reach Capo Boi, a rocky promontory overlooking the sea and the enchanting wilderness protected marine area of Villasimius.
Villa I Mirti is an end terrace villa completely independent on three sides, which is located inside the touristic village called "I Nuraghi", is on the extremity of Capo Boi , in a magnificent position above the sea and in front of the small island of Piscadeddu.
Its particular structure recalls to mind the ancient Sardinian constructions called Nuraghi, which date back to the XVII century b.C. The villa of about 200 sqm. is composed by: three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom), wide living room room with fireplace, kitchen with dish washer, washing machine, bathroom with 2 showers and another bathroom with one shower.
In the veranda, which has a spectacular view on the sea , there is a table and a wicker sitting room from where is possible to enjoy the perfums and the colours of this wonderful and unspoilt part of the Island.
Wonderful and special the garden on the roof of the Villa, rich of Mediterranean plants and season flowers, which overlooks the surrounding coast to the Serpentara lighthouse.
The access to the private beach situated below, by means of a staircase (40 steps circa), guarantees the maximum privacy. Surely the villa allows to have a completely relaxing holiday with familiy and friends, and you may be disturbed only by the noise of the waves breaking against the rocks and by the sound of the seagulls.
Prices include power consumptions, towels and bed linen naturally included also the change over that usually takes place on Saturday. Prices do not include to be paid locally at the key holder the final cleanings Euro 250,00 and the deposit guarantee Euro 1500,00 that will be returned back on the departure date. The week that goes from the 11 to the 18 August has to be sold with the previous or with the upcoming. Occupancy tax is not included in the rate, if requested it must be paid by the clients at the departure.
Villasimius
Villasimius is one of Sardinia's most enchanting places, known also as "the Mediterranean Polynesia". It is a real natural paradise, whoose beauties can be admired sailing towards the Island of Serpentara or towards the Isola dei Cavoli (the Cabbages Island) or diving into the green blue sea that hides many kinds of colorful fishes and ancient shipwrecks.
Villasimus is a famous tourist resort placed in the south east part of the Golfo degli Angeli, a place that tourists absolutely have to visit in order to discover Sardinia. Thanks to the beauty of its coasts and its special geographic position, the number of the accomodation facilities has developed exponentially with well-known hotels, restaurants and discos. The beaches of this area, such as the Campulongu beach, Porto Giunco and Timiana beaches and the enchanting snow-white Simius beach are considered the most beautiful of the Mediterranean Sea.

The village is situated 40 kilometres away from the port of Cagliari and around 50 kilometres from Elmas airport. Before reaching Villasimius, one must first go through the sea resorts of Cala Regina, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle and Solanas, spread out over headlands rich in typical Mediterranean plant-life and framed by a magnificent emerald-green and turquoise sea.
There are numerous feasts which take place in the village borne of love for the past and religious feeling. Here faith and tradition merge in moments of prayerful recollection, with feasting in traditional costumes, dances and popular songs. We remember the feats of La Madonna del naufrago celebrated the third Saturday of July and the feast of Santa Maria, celebrated between the 7 and the 8 September.
