Villa Le Peonia is on a hill overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari and enchanting inlet surrounding the beach Cannesisa in Torre delle Stelle. In the south of Sardinia pretty terraced residence on two levels with pool (11,50x2,50, deep 1,65).
The view is pure Mediterranean to discover spending wonderful hours under the sun in a patio of almost 30 square meters surrounding a swimming pool surrounded by Mediterranean plants. Perfect balance with spaces separating the living from that night. In the living area, on the second floor, welcomes you a bright and spacious living room with fireplace and large windows offering panoramic views towards the sea, the patio, equipped to spend evenings to remember every day, divides the functional and equipped kitchen with bathroom service and laundry. Please note that the villa is accessed via a flight of steps so is unsuitable for guests with mobility issues, and that due to there being stairs with no bannister and several drops around the property it is unsuitable for small children. The extra cost to be payed in loco are the final cleanings Euro 200 and a deposit guarantee of Euro 400 that will be returned back on the departure date.

Torre delle Stelle, 30 km far from Cagliari and 15 far from Villasimius: turquoise sea, depths which slant gently, north-west wind and much more that only Sardinian nature can offer.
