In Liscia di Vacca, few steps away from Porto Cervo, Villa Smeraldina is completely immersed into the Mediterranean vegetation. This small hilly area, known as Miata, is not far from the sea (500 meters). The villa was completed in 2003. It has a surface area of almost 150 square meters and it's divided on two levels with independent access. The villa features patio, garden and swimming pool. On the first floor: living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 double bedroom with single beds and 1 bathroom. On the basement: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom. Prices include all the consumptions, towels and bed linen weekly change that takes place on Saturday. The only additional costs to be paid locally on arrival is the final cleaning of Euro 500.00 and a deposit of Euro 1500.00 which will be returned upon departure.
