Villa With wide patio and garden, depped into the wonderful pinewoods of the condominium Is Morus (ex SAIA). The villa is composed by 6 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms, 1 twind bedroom with single beds, 1 with bunk beds and a single bedroom), 4 bathrooms, living room with fire place and a kitchen very well equipped. The villa has lots of comforts, airconditioning, parking spaces, outside shower with cold and hot water and barbecue. Prices include all the consumptions, towels and bed linen weekly change that takes place on Saturday. The only additional costs to be paid locally on arrival is the final cleaning of Euro 180.00 and a deposit of Euro 500.00 which will be returned upon departure.
