Terraced house on two levels with garden, is located in Villasimius, in the south of Sardinia. Villa Cordolino is close to beaches and Campulongu Campus. At the ground floor the house is composed by a living room that faces the patio and the garden. There is also a lovely dining room with a very well equipped kichinette from where you can reac the patio in the backyard where there is a lovely barbecue.

In the prices are included: power consumption untill 50Kwat per week, water consumptions towels and bed linen. In the prices are not included the surplus of 50 Kwat per week, the cost per kwat is Euro 0,15; gas 30,00 euro per week. To be payed on the arrival date Euro 145 for the final cleanings and Euro 400,00 for the depodit guarantee that will be returned back on the -departure date. The weeks 7-13 and 14-20 August must be sold together.
Villasimius
Villasimius is one of Sardinia's most enchanting places, known also as "the Mediterranean Polynesia". The beaches of this area, such as the Campulongu beach, Porto Giunco and Timiana beaches and the enchanting snow-white Simius beach are considered the most beautiful of the Mediterranean Sea.
